Bedroom 4
This is the client's bedroom. The dormer was rebuilt, as was the vss window. The Velux rooflight was replaced with a conservation rooflight and the two fireplaces were contained, vented and sheeted over. The box room access from the landing was removed and the same door moved to the bedroom and the box room was fitted out as a dressing room with a replacement conservation rooflight. One of the bat roosts is at the wall head, right of the dormer. Closed to the interior obviously.
Bathroom
There is a new small conservation rooflight and the end window, which was a vss window (which looked directly at the valley and roof and cannot be seen from outside) was changed to aid the valley detailing and to provide a full height location for the shower.
Bedroom 5 (left)
Was completely rebuilt and the bat maternity roost is in the dormer above the window. It is sealed from the interior but accessible from the loft for maintenance.
